A young doctor arrives at Transmoor Asylum to attend an interview for a new position at the institution. She is greeted by Doctor Blanchard who informs her that the feminization treatments cure a variety of conditions for her male patients. The new doctor is very excited to work with the new treatments and can't wait to start her new role. Meanwhile a new patient, Julian, has also arrived and will be the latest man subjected to Dr Blanchard's unorthodox treatment plans.
